Scaling Ecommerce From $140k/m to $500k/m

Unknown

Context Client is a company focused on developing smartwatches for outdoor-loving men. They had managed their own Google ads for nearly a year, achieving decent results but wanted to expand their account, increase profits, and reclaim some of their time. This is where our team stepped in. At the time they approached us, they were investing around $70k monthly and attaining a 1.97x return on ad spend (ROAS). They recognized they could improve on this platform. Method We initiated a new performance max campaign with feeds while gradually discontinuing the old campaigns. This fresh initiative was aimed at helping Client more effectively and efficiently target their audience. Additionally, we introduced a comprehensive shopping campaign to optimize spending on the shopping network while the new performance max campaign was launched. We also utilized YouTube Shorts to boost overall search traffic. Results We successfully assisted Client in expanding their business, leading to a 78% increase in monthly revenue—a substantial enhancement over their previous performance. Furthermore, we improved their profitability by raising their ROAS from 1.97x to 3.3x. This increase signified greater profit from their advertising spend, marking a significant success for their business. A crucial element of our achievement with Client was our keen understanding of their target demographic. Knowing their ideal customers were outdoor enthusiasts, we customized our campaigns to effectively reach this group, ensuring our ads were visually engaging and highlighted the features and advantages of their smartwatches.

Scaling B2B SaaS on the US Market

Unknown

Issue: A SaaS company client based in the US aimed to increase their lead generation through Google Ads. At that time, they were acquiring 194 leads monthly, at a cost of $14 each, but sought to enhance these results. 1. Increased Budget, Reduced Cost: We increased their monthly budget to $28,000, which helped lower the cost per lead to $140. This allowed them to reach a wider audience without excessive spending. 2. Ad Enhancement: We conducted research to identify the search terms used by potential customers. Subsequently, we developed ads highlighting competitors' strategies and emphasizing the strengths of their product. 3. Improved Lead Verification: We implemented a system to monitor the origins of the leads, ensuring they were legitimate customers rather than individuals with @gmail addresses. Outcomes: More Leads, Lower Costs: The cost per acquisition (CPA) decreased by 23%. Conclusion: Our client experienced significant improvements in their Google Ads performance. For businesses looking to optimize their advertising efforts, it's crucial to allocate resources effectively and target the appropriate audience.
