SKUTOPIA, launched in 2021 by co-founders Talea Bader and Emily Townsend, emerged from Sydney's first eCommerce co-working hub, WORKIT SPACES, established in 2018. Initially designed to provide businesses with essential resources under one roof, conversations with clients revealed a pressing need for efficient, scalable logistics solutions. Responding to this, SKUTOPIA integrates AI and robotics through a Robotics-as-a-Service and SaaS model to innovate order fulfilment by reducing errors, labor costs, and environmental impact.
