Since its inception shortly before 2001, The Skins Factory has collaborated extensively with The Walt Disney Company, contributing to their digital presence and brand experience. Their work includes designing Windows desktop themes, such as Disney Dream Desk and official themes for characters like WALL-E and EVE, creating animated icons for devices, and designing intuitive navigation icons for Disney.com. Collaborations also stretched to multimedia projects like Disney Mix Central's store interface, branded Windows Media Player skins, and engaging UI elements for Disney's various platforms. Under CEO Jeff Schader's leadership, The Skins Factory has become a respected design studio recognized for blending Disney's iconic branding with innovative digital design solutions, enhancing user engagement across multiple platforms as Disney celebrates a century of magic.

ACI Worldwide Biller App Design Concept

ACI Worldwide

Created for both Web and Mobile in dark and light themes, our UI/UX design team reimagined ACI's Biller App to enhance the digital payment experience on both platforms. This updated design fuses a clean 2D interface with tactile, three-dimensional elements, making the user journey more intuitive and visually appealing. Each screen—ranging from account verification and wallet management to user profiles and payment completion—focuses on clarity, trust, and user-friendliness, all anchored by a consistent visual style and immersive background imagery that dynamically changes throughout the payment process. By incorporating generative AI artwork made in Midjourney and refined in Adobe Photoshop, we have introduced a playful illustrated design aesthetic to the app. The result is a progressive and visually enriched experience that personalizes financial interactions through careful design.

Cryptocurrency App

Our client, a cryptocurrency exchange platform, sought assistance from The Skins Factory for a complete overhaul of their application’s UI and UX design. We began by revamping their onboarding process and overall user experience. For the visual design, we chose a “panther black” base with accents of deep purple, allowing subsequent color gradients to stand out vividly against the background, adding a sense of playfulness while still reflecting the platform's seriousness. Our creative agency employed a combination of 2D and neumorphic design elements to create a subtle, tactile experience in the user interface. We have omitted the client's name in the text to prevent Google from displaying the images in search results while they finalize the application coding.

Our creative agency crafted more than 90 screens, employing a blend of 2D and neumorphic design styles, along with some skeuomorphic elements, to create a gaming-like user experience for this groundbreaking healthcare app. Who says staying healthy can't be enjoyable?
