Resolution 8 Technologies

BlissDivorce® is the sole online divorce platform utilizing Digital Divorce Mediation™ to facilitate a complete divorce settlement without the need for attorneys. Its technology assists users throughout the process, with real-time customer support readily available. Currently, it offers online divorce services in California, with plans to extend to additional states in the near future. Context: Over 70% of divorces involve conflicts. Resolving disputes is a significant technological hurdle, as existing solutions struggle with relational disputes (e.g., household issues, custody, spousal support). Purpose: To enhance the experience of the current divorce system, which is outdated, analogous, and often painful and drawn-out. Actions: A thorough development process for BlissDivorce took place, encompassing ideation to production, involving a flexible team of 4 to 10 members across three different locations. All stages were managed with full responsibility for product development, design, and early-stage startup development. We also actively engaged in funding and technology management efforts. Result: Key achievements include raising $1.8 million.

Grupo Conci is a collective of diverse businesses, each with its unique identity and area of expertise. This group comprises Conci SRL, which specializes in agriculture; CONCI SA, the representative of the renowned John Deere brand; and Agropecuaria Las Marias, an important player in agricultural production. Context: In this complex landscape, it is difficult to maintain harmony among the different business units while striving for innovation and efficiency in a rapidly changing market. Purpose: To align all Grupo Conci units under a common digital vision as part of a global digital transformation initiative. Actions: Highlights include over 30 integrated reporting systems that enable data-driven decision-making.

Nuevocentro Shopping is one of the leading shopping malls in interior Argentina. Since its opening in 1990, it has become a significant part of the city's commercial and social landscape. Featuring modern architecture and a practical design, the center offers a diverse selection of stores, restaurants, services, cinemas, and entertainment options. However, it faced a significant challenge following the global pandemic, particularly with the exit of its largest anchor store in the country and the closure of the city’s major hotel adjacent to the mall. In response, the shopping center quickly revamped its layout, modernized its interior architecture, and introduced new offerings, yet many former patrons did not return. The aim was to devise a creative and impactful strategy to communicate the mall’s adaptation to new consumer habits, highlight its interior layout, showcase its variety and expansion, and enhance its brand value. The campaign, under the slogan "Sorprendete de Nuevo…centro," effectively communicated the mall's transformation, introducing a new shopping concept with larger spaces, open corridors, and updated services to foster a deeper emotional connection with visitors. As a result, the campaign successfully showcased the new offerings, leading to the mall's repositioning as the largest and most prominent shopping center in Córdoba, and importantly, establishing a meaningful connection with customers through a compelling message.
