Sierra Holland Design

Sierra Holland pursued her education in New York, studying at Parsons the New School of Design and Pratt Institute, where she earned a Bachelor’s in Design & Management and a Master’s in Interior Design, respectively. Part of her studies involved an enriching exchange in Copenhagen, which sparked her passion for Nordic design principles and Scandinavian culture. She lived and worked in Denmark for five years as a Lead Designer and Project Manager for renowned global brands like Bang & Olufsen and Pandora Jewelry. Notable achievements include creating and scaling new retail concepts globally and designing annual exhibitions for Milan Design Week and alongside the Venice Biennale. Currently, she runs her own full-service design studio in Portland, OR, specializing in elevated interiors for commercial and residential projects along the West Coast. Sierra Holland Design focuses on high-end spatial designs that blend simplicity and elegance with playful, unexpected elements. While she embraces modernist principles, her extensive portfolio spans retail, hospitality, and residential design, all unified by a central theme: purpose. By prioritizing this concept in each project, she creates intentional experiences and meticulously considers details infused with a refined sensibility for color, material, and light, all while respecting craftsmanship.
