Currently, Thomas Xu, CPA, MMPA, heads the firm as Managing Principal, continuing the legacy of excellence set forth by Howard. Thomas is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) with a Master of Management and Professional Accounting (MMPA) from the University of Toronto. He specializes in tax and completed the CPA In-Depth Tax Program in 2020, as well as the Diploma in Trusts and Estates with STEP Canada in 2025, earning the Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP) designation. Additionally, he is working towards the Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) designation, which he anticipates achieving by July 2026. The CLU is regarded as the leading credential for professionals advising individuals, business owners, and experts on wealth creation, preservation, estate planning, and wealth transfer. With more than 17 years of experience in accounting and taxation, Thomas offers extensive knowledge in tax compliance, planning, advisory services, and accounting. His specialized focus encompasses corporate reorganizations, succession and estate planning, remuneration strategies, and individual tax planning.
