Shaw Hotels and Consultancy Services Pvt. Ltd. carries a proud heritage spanning four generations in hospitality. Founded by Late Mr. Pesi M. Shaw, a Chartered Accountant turned visionary who launched India's first Five Star Deluxe Resort in 1980, the company has evolved beyond Mystery Shopping into a full-service consultancy offering Training, Manpower Studies, Customer Experience Design, SOP manuals, and tailored Market Research. Today, siblings Mr. Jimmy P. Shaw and Ms. Pervin Ghani lead the firm, continuing their father’s vision while managing hotels and software solutions adapted to hospitality needs. Fourth-generation entrepreneurs Mr. Zaheer Ghani and Mr. Mark Shaw contribute leadership in mystery shopping and technology innovation, respectively.
