OBJECTIVE: Enhance engagement rates, grow the follower count, and increase inquiries to ultimately boost the number of booked consultations and scheduled procedures. CHALLENGES: Despite having a considerable Instagram following, the engagement and organic reach were low, resulting in minimal inquiries from potential clients. OUR SOLUTION: We completely revamped the Instagram page's appearance and features to create a balanced and cohesive experience. • We developed a diverse content strategy aimed at building trust and confidence in the doctor's expertise, blending expert advice, reviews, and personal content to maintain the original informal tone of the account. • We engaged in daily interactions with followers through Stories to attract attention and enhance organic reach, carefully tracking saves, comments, and interactions to ensure content relevance. • We incorporated shareable viral content into the strategy to increase organic visibility. • We utilized targeted boosts to further extend the account's reach and attract new followers interested in the client’s services. RESULTS: By introducing gamification to daily InstaStories, we increased monthly Story reach by 1.8 times, leading to a 30% rise in traffic to the Instagram profile. • Our revised content strategy boosted engagement rates by 2.6 times within four months, generating 9.9 times more comments monthly. • The account's reach expanded by 3.3 times, resulting in an average gain of over 80 highly targeted new followers each week. CLIENT: Dr. Flora Levin – Board-Certified Oculofacial Plastic Surgeon with a focus on Eyelid Surgery and Rejuvenation. The client had not previously utilized Facebook ads. • The conversion rate from organic traffic on the website was relatively low. • The client had earlier attempted Google ads for surgical services, but the results were disappointing, as the cost per lead exceeded the market average. OBJECTIVE: Gather leads to promote both surgical and non-surgical facial treatments. OUR SOLUTION: Created a tailored landing page featuring an attractive offer, an introduction from the doctor, a brief treatment description, and Before & After images to enhance conversion rates. • Established call forwarding and call recording systems to effectively track lead sources and monitor sales calls. • Conducted audience segmentation based on interests, income, and location. Included a lookalike audience of current website visitors and engaged Instagram followers. • Produced creative materials, including a video invitation from the doctor, all in line with Instagram's advertising guidelines. CLIENT #RAKAMAKAFIT is a prominent Russian brand specializing in portable sports equipment and accessories. Established in 2017 by popular fitness blogger Nastya Rakamakafit, who boasts over 600K followers on her personal Instagram and more than 400K on the brand's page, the company operates out of Moscow and ships to CIS countries. #RAKAMAKAFIT approached The Setters Agency with the goal of optimizing their Facebook and Instagram ads to significantly enhance sales. Their marketing budget ranges from $6,000 to $7,000 each month, with the objective of creating a strong sales funnel through social media ads and developing a high-performing ad campaign that lowers the Cost Per Purchase (CPP). OUR SOLUTION In response, we conducted a detailed analysis of customer data to create specific buyer personas. We then designed targeted campaigns for each persona with tailored offers aimed at fitness enthusiasts, young mothers, party girls, plus-size women, and frequent travelers. We also expanded ad placements within Facebook's advertising platform and developed a multi-layered retargeting funnel to boost brand awareness and improve conversion rates. THE RESULTS Since the launch of the campaign, we achieved a 128% increase in sales and a 40% reduction in Cost Per Purchase (CPP).
