Select Interiors, in collaboration with Joy Rawlings, has created an office layout that deviates significantly from traditional geometric designs. The area is divided into seven sections, featuring a communal Board/Meeting Room, kitchen, and locker space. The design, inspired by ziggurats, includes Crittall Cell-style glazing and black laminated ‘wrap’ reveals. The flooring in the main circulation area mimics cast concrete with soft shading in subtle greys, while the entrance and breakout areas utilize large-format Black Ash effect luxury vinyl tile, paired with black timber screens and LED channel lighting. The project was completed within six weeks and encompassed demolition, mechanical and ventilation work, electrical installations, acoustic partitions, Crittall Cell screens and doors, kitchen setup, lighting, custom graphics, desks, furniture, and storage solutions. The growing network of agents specializes in residential lettings, operating twelve offices across Manchester and South Cheshire, and boasts one of the most experienced and respected teams in the area. Their office locations include Chorlton, Didsbury, Disley, Glossop, Hale, Macclesfield, Manchester, Wilmslow, and Withington. They offer a wide array of services, such as free appraisals, independent mortgage guidance, specialized lettings advice, management, and valuations. Senior partner Martin Moston initially reached out to Select Interiors for an informal discussion regarding the redesign and renovation of a potential site rich with historic features in one of Manchester's prime locations on Deansgate. The project scope encompassed design, CAD and 3D modeling, demolition, joinery, custom joinery, electrical and mechanical work, oak flooring, carpeting, lighting, data, graphic design, desks, custom seating, graphics, and personalized signage. The project was completed within a 4-week fit-out period. The Select Interiors team found collaboration with Martin Moston and the professionals at Jordan Fishwick enjoyable, as they worked together to create a unique and stylish estate agency to support their growth.

The project encompassed a comprehensive design package that included drawings and a 3D model walkthrough. The scope of work involved demolition, mechanical and air conditioning installations, electrical and data work, custom aluminum glazed partitions, tailored steel fabrication, opaque glass walls and splashbacks, decoration, flooring, cast concrete feature walls, as well as custom signage and graphics.
