Seahawk Media, founded in 2019 by Ryan and Gautam, began as a college project creating WordPress websites for local North Carolina brands. Evolving into a full-service WordPress agency, it now offers extensive services including hacked site repair, site care, speed optimization, and migration, primarily serving global Managed WordPress hosting companies. With over 100 skilled professionals based mainly in India, Seahawk emphasizes transparency, quality, and exceptional customer service. Strategic partnerships with industry leaders and active engagement in WordPress community events like WordCamp exemplify its commitment to innovation. Recent backing from Awesome Motive and WPBeginner has propelled Seahawk to new heights, with exciting plans for product expansion and enhanced client support continuing through 2026 and beyond.

RetailNext, SEO and Web Design

RetailNext

RetailNext encountered difficulties with their online presence and collaborated with two local web design firms, neither of which successfully captured their brand vision in a website. This changed when they teamed up with Seahawk to revamp their site, with the goal of establishing RetailNext as a frontrunner in in-store analytics. They sought a distinctive and contemporary website to set themselves apart from their competitors. Seahawk's objective was to create a world-class website for RetailNext, breaking the project down into five phases, involving top-notch UI designers, developers, and project managers. The initial phase focused on brand discovery, where they examined RetailNext's brand narrative and voice, conducted a data audit, and generated a findings report. Objectives were defined in ClickUp across various stages to ensure that the goals were achieved, emphasizing a commitment to quality and patience. In the UI design phase, Seahawk's careful design approach aimed to enhance conversion rates and provoke emotional responses. The process was comprehensive, allowing RetailNext to explore various design concepts, ultimately settling on a final design by Mateusz after presentations from three UI designers. For development, Maria created the hero image illustrations, while Dawid translated Mateusz's design into a functioning site using Sketch. Seahawk also applied optimization techniques for site speed, including image compression and file minification, which enhanced loading times and overall performance, leading to an improved user experience with lower bounce rates and higher engagement. Contentful CMS was selected for the project, which encompassed 30 subpages, and Seahawk, as a CMS builder agnostic firm, worked adeptly with Contentful. Following extensive quality assurance processes, the revamped RetailNext website was officially launched. This project stood out as one of Seahawk's largest and most fulfilling undertakings, showcasing their commitment to quality and client satisfaction.

Clean Juice - Website Design

Clean Juice

Clean Juice, established by Kat and Landon Eckles in 2014 in Lake Norman, prioritizes a healthy lifestyle and a strong spirit, making it the only USDA organic certified juice company. The brand has quickly expanded, now operating over 100 retail locations and becoming one of the fastest-growing franchises in the United States. Challenges and Solutions: While Clean Juice had a strong mobile app, it needed a professional website to ensure consistent branding across platforms. The original website was slow and poorly optimized for SEO. Seahawk was contracted to create a high-performing, custom WordPress site to resolve these issues. Project Phases: Discovery & Objective Setting: The project started with an in-depth exploration of Clean Juice’s brand narrative. Led by Jake Geller, this phase involved a complete data audit and the establishment of objectives using ClickUp. Insights gathered during this phase guided the website’s functionality. UI Design: Seahawk prioritized designs that promote conversion and evoke emotion, presenting ten custom designs. The final design showcased modern aesthetics with white marble features, emphasizing simplicity and cleanliness. WordPress Development: Using Divi, a familiar page builder, Seahawk improved the website's design and functionality. The team ensured a smooth transition from the design phase to development, with a focus on SEO and content management capabilities. Project Reflection & Launch: After thorough quality assurance, the website was launched on Clean Juice’s servers. Seahawk developed a content strategy and established analytics dashboards after the launch. Growth: Post-launch, the emphasis was on SEO and content strategy to enhance user engagement and site performance. Partnership: Collaborating with Clean Juice proved rewarding for Seahawk, as they successfully revamped its digital presence. This partnership underscored the significance of brand cohesion and digital strategy in driving business growth.

Dominance MMA began with a small number of clients and has since grown into one of the leading MMA management companies in the industry. Among the fighters represented by Dominance are Khabib Nurmagomedov, Henry Cejudo, Kamaru Usman, Cody Garbrandt, Renzo Gracie, and many others. The company continues to expand daily by forging new relationships, securing more lucrative contracts, and obtaining additional sponsorship deals for its athletes. Before partnering with Seahawk, Dominance MMA's website was outdated and not built on WordPress. Additionally, their logo failed to reflect the brand's identity, and they had no management for their blog.
