DIBS AI

Unknown

Customer Overview: Established in 2004, OrthoSelect is dedicated to improving orthodontic efficiency and treatment results through cutting-edge technology. Collaborating with Scopic, they created DIBS AI, which combines artificial intelligence and deep learning to automate case setups, forecast outcomes from bracket placements, and generate precise 3D-printed bracket transfer devices (IDB trays). Challenge: OrthoSelect required a desktop application capable of generating accurate 3D models of patients' teeth, necessitating the development of a deep learning model from the ground up. This iterative training process was labor-intensive but crucial for developing a reliable AI model. Solution: Scopic's AI-focused solution included: Result: DIBS AI streamlines case setups through sophisticated bracket-positioning software. This breakthrough, employing patent-pending software and 3D-printing technology, delivers micro-level accuracy in indirect bonding and bracket transfer trays. The incorporation of AI led to: Significant internal time savings by simplifying bracket bonding appointments and decreasing overall treatment duration. Technologies and Tools

Mediphany AI

Unknown

With over 30 years of medical experience, Mediphany's experts clarify imaging results through comparisons, 3D models, and live explanations. They improve radiology reports by providing personalized video explanations that offer understandable and thorough insights into medical imaging outcomes. Healthcare providers faced a challenge of dedicating too much time to administrative tasks rather than focusing on patient care. A solution was necessary to convert spoken words from video recordings into comprehensive reports, align transcriptions with templates, and allow for adaptability in various cases. Scopic developed an AI-powered solution to automate the generation of structured reports based on the spoken input of healthcare practitioners. Using Speech-to-Text and LLM technologies, the AI transcribes speech from videos, chooses templates, and organizes content into report fields. As a result, radiologists can create high-quality, structured reports more efficiently while maintaining accuracy. Technologies and Tools
