ROAS: 250%. Jeep Case

Jeep

Jeep, a renowned American automotive brand celebrated for its off-road vehicles and SUVs, made its return to the Ukrainian market in early 2024 after being absent for over a year. In January 2025, Sasquatch Digital began collaborating with Jeep Ukraine. **Challenge** Determining the current target audience of Jeep enthusiasts proved difficult, as the initial audience quality stood at only 46%. The audience was also very diverse, which made interest-based targeting largely ineffective. To connect with the most relevant audience, we opted for a strategy that focused on impressions in cities with dealership centers, which allowed us to engage potential customers interested in offline interactions, such as booking test drives. Additionally, the advertising content’s neutral tone failed to convey the brand’s personality, and the lack of a clear call-to-action resulted in low reach. **Goals and Objectives** - Identify and target Jeep's audience in Ukraine. - Enhance brand awareness across key digital and physical channels. - Build and nurture a community of active social media followers. - Maximize test drive bookings for new Jeep models. **Target Audience** The demographic composition is 83.3% male and 16.7% female. **Solution and Implementation** We launched direct advertisements for the car brand on Facebook and Instagram, complemented by campaigns aimed at increasing reach, boosting engagement, and expanding the social media following. The ad creatives featured prominent calls-to-action that encouraged users to schedule a test drive, and these ads were geo-targeted to ensure relevance in areas with Jeep dealerships. **Results** During the first three months: - Return on Ad Spend (ROAS): 250% - Instagram audience growth: 40% - Average leads per month: 75 - Average monthly reach: 1.1 million - Conversion rate: 0.06% - Cost Per Click (CPC): $0.30 - Total impressions: 2.9 million - Click-Through Rate (CTR): 1.56% - Cost Per Mille (CPM): $0.60

Targeted Ads for a UK Logistics Firm

Pulsus LTD

Challenge Pulsus, a logistics firm, faced a significant shortage of delivery drivers. Even with attractive working conditions, the company had depleted its internal recruitment options. This issue became particularly pronounced during holiday seasons, resulting in idle vehicles and financial setbacks. Solution We devised and executed a recruitment initiative aimed at continuously developing a pool of drivers. A multilingual marketing campaign was launched, featuring materials in English, Lithuanian, Romanian, and Polish. The campaigns were tailored by city, focusing on areas where Pulsus operated branches. We created specific content that appealed to various audiences, emphasizing interests related to driving roles such as van drivers, lorry drivers, and local truck drivers, among others. Results

Libero

As part of our Libero project efforts, we are always seeking ways to enhance our KPIs. In one of our evaluations, we observed that our campaigns were largely centered on media marketing with a focus on reach. Below, we explain how we achieved a balanced approach of 50% media and 50% performance. The initial challenge was straightforward: the business aimed for tangible results in sales, clicks, and audience expansion, yet there was no clear method to meet these goals. Up until May 2025, our campaigns consistently generated around 880 clicks — but that was insufficient to create a meaningful impact for the client. Upon further analysis, we discovered the main issue — what we refer to as the “freebie audience.” The campaigns predominantly attracted users drawn to promotions, leading to a lack of sustainable audience growth and no added value, just budget expenditure. We explored various options: either halting the campaigns entirely or continuing with the same approach while increasing reach without achieving real performance. Ultimately, we opted for a different path — a complete overhaul of our audience strategy. With a solid media reach and engagement already established, we used that as a basis for performance optimization. The foundation was a Lookalike audience, but with a crucial modification: we excluded users from the original seed audience and those who had only interacted with promotional offers. Essentially, we created a Lookalike audience devoid of the “old base,” enabling us to progress beyond an audience that had maxed out. What was the outcome? Website traffic surged by 20–25%, but more importantly, genuine conversions increased significantly. This improvement was evident in both partner store sales and the enhanced quality of the new audience.
