CHALLENGE: Growing market share in a nearly "commoditized" sector. In Spain, nearly 5 million individuals are unaware that they have "Dry Eye," a condition that requires timely treatment to prevent potential corneal damage. Consequently, there is a vast and highly competitive market for eye drops, where companies rely on the same "problem-solution" approach, leading to a commoditized market. SOLUTION: Redefine the brand's "territory and value proposition." Weye Lab Group enlisted us to launch their specialized line of Dry Eye products, the first to use 100% natural ingredients. What began as a design project evolved into a comprehensive brand strategy. While competitors emphasize the functional aspects of their products (such as reducing itching and irritation), we reimagined the communication for the entire category, creating a brand concept centered on the user: "eyecare wellness," which connects physical health to emotional well-being. Persistent physical issues not only impact vision but also influence energy, mood, and overall mental state. Therefore, we encourage people to "make happiness your best habit and live life to the fullest." IMPACT: Weye established itself as a leader in the category. The outcome surpassed expectations significantly. The compelling brand proposition by Weye captured the attention of consumers (projected sales targets for the semester were achieved within the first 40 days) and also drew interest from doctors and specialists, who contributed content, quotes, and articles, positively reinforcing Weye's mission and its role in enhancing patient outcomes.

School Of Whales, Content Creation

School of Whales

CHALLENGE: The goal was to help millennial consumers overcome their apprehension about investing their initial savings. Based in the United States, School of Whales is a FinTech specializing in real estate investing, targeting digitally savvy consumers. They faced two primary issues: young individuals were hesitant to invest their first savings in a FinTech, and they struggled to comprehend how these investments could yield profits. SOLUTION: We developed a content platform designed to address these concerns through a series of animated clips that instill confidence and provide clarity. We concentrated on the "pain points" voiced by the audience, such as insecurity regarding FinTech, lack of understanding of investment concepts, and distrust over profit withdrawals. To address these issues, we created various content types, including investment and profitability simulators, illustrative examples, and explanations of the investment process stages. IMPACT: The first quarter after implementing this content saw a record number of inquiries. The increased visibility of our content significantly diminished common questions regarding capital usage, profit generation, and available models and options. As a result, account managers were able to streamline the onboarding process, enhancing metrics related to time efficiency and subscription rates.

Nucha, Brand Strategy & Brand Identity

Nucha Bakery

CHALLENGE: Regain leadership in the category after 30 years of unwavering supremacy. Nucha Bakery, known for using top-quality ingredients and 100% handmade production, has been a mark of excellence and a gathering place for over three decades. However, in recent years, it has been losing market share to newer competitors that offer a more contemporary and dynamic approach, where the product is not the primary focus. SOLUTION: Transform the consumer experience and refresh brand aesthetics. SAMBA analyzed emerging consumer habits and found that while Nucha's products were well-regarded, the brand's essence felt outdated to potential customers. In light of this insight, we revamped the in-store experience, updated the brand's visual identity, and redesigned packaging. We also introduced key elements such as "sustainability," "recycling," and "to-go" options, positioning the brand as more modern and appealing. IMPACT: Increased store traffic and the launch of new franchises. The refreshed strategy quickly resonated with customers, who not only rediscovered their favorite products but also enjoyed an enhanced "user experience." The transformation had a significant impact, reclaiming its longstanding category leadership in just over six months, which facilitated the opening of four new franchises and several additional expansion initiatives.
