From Locked Out to Fully Optimized: Rebuilding Epi
Epic Storage approached us feeling frustrated and trapped. Their previous agency had created their website, but when they needed to make updates, they were delivered a shocking message: “You don’t own your site.” This meant that years’ worth of SEO value, content, and progress were inaccessible. We took action to not only rebuild their website but also strengthen their foundation. We started by reconstructing their site from scratch, meticulously transferring each URL to maintain their SEO value. We didn’t cut corners; every page and ranking signal was mapped and safeguarded so they wouldn’t lose the visibility they had worked hard to achieve. However, our efforts didn’t stop at the website rebuild. Epic Storage utilized a storage management platform called SiteLink, where actual conversions occur, but their marketing initiatives were unable to track those conversions. To solve this, we created a custom integration connecting their website, SiteLink, and advertising platforms. For the first time, their Google and Facebook campaigns were linked directly to real revenue results. Within a month, everything changed; they could finally pinpoint what strategies were effective. Their campaigns were not just driving clicks but also generating measurable ROI. After years of uncertainty, they gained clarity. From there, we expanded their efforts. We increased content production to enhance their organic presence, optimized and developed their Google Business Profiles across different locations, and centralized everything into a CRM. Leads that didn’t convert initially weren't lost; instead, they were nurtured, retargeted, and re-engaged. We also implemented automated review generation to build trust at scale and set up call tracking through a VoIP system to ensure every phone lead was captured. We created systems that not only marketed the business but also organized it. What began as a website rebuild evolved into a fully integrated acquisition engine. Now, Epic Storage doesn’t just engage in marketing—they truly understand it, can see it clearly, and, most importantly, can scale it confidently.
