Shekh faced skepticism pursuing geology in India and discrimination in the Hungarian entertainment industry, inspiring a mission for fairness and inclusive opportunities. Dishant, a self-taught programmer from modest origins, battled social alienation in Hungary but brought his expertise and vision to foster diversity and innovation. United by shared struggles and the transformative experiences Hungary offered them, they established RSD Group to champion equality, social responsibility, and to build legacies honoring their inspiring paths.
