I grew up in Kent, England, where my original accent blends Kentish with Estuary, but I can easily adjust it to sound more like the refined RP of the home counties or dive straight into the East End dialect from my father's side of the family. Currently based in my home studio in Cornwall, I can tackle everything from casual eLearning content to voicing a gigantic fire-breathing dragon for a video game! For several years, I’ve been narrating eLearning for some of the world’s largest providers, who aim to make their content less corporate and more engaging. My natural, conversational style has proven perfect for this purpose. I’ve also become quite prolific in voicing explainer videos, as my approach helps convey essential messages in a friendly, relatable manner instead of losing the audience's interest. Now in my 40s, I am increasingly receiving requests for work aimed at typically masculine audiences, bringing my deep, serious tone to projects related to cars, sports, beer, and more. Beyond standard narration, I am a versatile character actor often hired for roles like the wise old man (think wizards and warlocks), a Cockney tough guy; pirate, orc/monster, and I also have a unique take on Santa Claus, David Attenborough, and Darth Vader.
