About the Startups
Statistics show that 90% of startups globally fail, with only 30% achieving profitability. In 14% of instances, this is due to poor marketing and insufficient communication. A notable example is SentiOne, a Polish company recognized by "Rzeczpospolita" as one of the top 10 startups in 2021. Founded in 2011, SentiOne leverages advanced AI technology to assist brands with customer service automation and online monitoring. Operating within the marketing sector, the company provides services such as online and social media monitoring, while also specializing in automating customer service through AI and chatbots. Its target clientele includes specialists in communication and customer service automation from banks and other institutions, as well as medium to large business owners.
Throughout our partnership, we employed various tools, including press releases, interviews, expert commentary, rankings, guest articles, trend analyses, and case studies. A crucial component of our collaboration was enhancing media coverage. Over a span of 10 months, we achieved 1,030 publications with an advertising equivalency exceeding PLN 5 million net. Our accomplishments include receiving requests for proposals from potential clients and invitations to tenders following articles related to AI and social listening. SentiOne's CEO, Kamil Bargiel, was featured as a main panelist and AI expert at the 13th European Economic Congress, where his presentation was cited in 81 media outlets. Our success also involved connecting with major business newspapers and magazines. SentiOne has decided to partner with our agency once more to initiate PR efforts in the Hungarian market.
