In 2011, we built an excellent rapport with a client—a dynamic young team running a branding and design agency in Austin, Texas. We collaborated closely with them to create an interactive children's storybook series titled Plug & The Paddywhacks. Throughout this process, we recognized our complementary skills and became friends. Toward the end of that year, we had a casual conversation that led to the decision to merge our efforts and establish a new company together. However, during early discussions, Brian opted to pursue his own path, while Derrick and I transitioned to the new company. As we finalized the details, we came up with an exciting name for the new venture and decided to call it “Rocket.” Although it shares a name with the previous company, it’s now a completely new legal entity. We are currently making RocketMobile.co our home, with more updates on the new site to come.
