As a result, RCI began creating tailored dashboards for data visualization and custom software solutions to digitize manual processes, ensuring both data accuracy and secure storage. The RCI team consists of experienced leaders from global manufacturing who comprehend the significance of ongoing improvement, strategic leadership, and workforce development in achieving operational excellence. Our consulting approach is fundamentally based on the Toyota Production System. We prioritize investing in the future workforce, mainly through collaborations with local universities to offer paid internships.
