RCI was established in 2009 as a consultancy specializing in operational excellence. After a number of projects, the founder recognized that in order for clients to attain excellence within their organizations, they required accessible, accurate, and current data to inform their business decisions. As a result, RCI began creating tailored dashboards for data visualization and custom software solutions to digitize manual processes, ensuring both data accuracy and secure storage. The RCI team consists of experienced leaders from global manufacturing who comprehend the significance of ongoing improvement, strategic leadership, and workforce development in achieving operational excellence. Our consulting approach is fundamentally based on the Toyota Production System. We prioritize investing in the future workforce, mainly through collaborations with local universities to offer paid internships. Many of our interns have progressed to become CEOs of companies in the Greater Chattanooga Region.
