Since January 2010, RK Fischer & Associates has offered business consulting and coaching to Canadian entrepreneurs. The firm was established by two partners who each have over 25 years of experience in senior management and executive positions across various industries, including large, medium, small, and startup companies. Recognizing that businesses with fewer than 150 employees often struggle to find qualified consultants and coaches who understand their specific needs compared to larger firms, we decided to focus on this market segment. We also engage associates to handle some background work on projects, which helps minimize costs for larger assignments. All tasks are overseen and assessed by our two partners. Our business model involves partnering with other professionals to provide comprehensive services for small business owners. Some practitioners operate under the RK Fischer brand to deliver services, while others may be referred directly, depending on their industry or specialization. Our relationships with these professionals have developed over years of collaboration, ensuring that our clients receive excellent service.
