I am an ICF-certified leadership coach and a former CIA analyst with over 15 years of experience in fostering purposeful growth for individuals and organizations. During my time at the CIA, I provided briefings to senior policymakers, contributed to the reformation of analyst training, and even wrote for the President. At Tesla, I enhanced the Insider Risk strategy for early-career professionals. At OpenAI, I directed Insider Risk Prevention, focusing on developing policies, training programs, and cultivating a culture of trust. After 15 years serving as a CIA analyst, followed by impactful roles at Tesla and OpenAI, I transitioned into an ICF-certified executive coach, blending real-world leadership with executive and career coaching. My government career, marked by high-stakes analysis and collaborative decision-making for senior U.S. leaders, instilled in me the importance of transparency, shared ownership, and effective communication. Navigating the shift from public to private sectors afforded me insights into diverse organizational dynamics, equipping me to guide professionals through complex career transitions. Since 2021, I have coached over 100 clients and trained more than 3,000 professionals, focusing on clarifying values, enhancing communication, and fostering confident decision-making.
