OUR STORY
Right People Group started in 2007 in Copenhagen with a clear mission: to swiftly provide top-notch consulting services tailored precisely to client needs. Founded by Henrik Arent and Søren Rosenmeier, the company emphasized speed, quality, and reliability, forging strong partnerships across Europe and serving demanding industries such as healthcare, finance, and defense. With growth leading to an established Berlin office and expansion to over 10 countries, Right People Group became a trusted advisor. The 2023 acquisition by private equity firm Capidea marked a new chapter focused on scaling and innovation under CEO Jesper Geisler, reinforcing their commitment to delivering real value and close customer relationships globally.
