Riding the Wave of the Cookie Dough Craze

As the pioneer of the cookie dough trend at the Jersey Shore, Just Dough It had great potential. However, with just a basic clip art logo on their window, they needed a fresh design to resonate with their local audience. After discussing their vision with the owners and understanding their story, we embarked on creating a brand for them. Their aim of introducing cookie dough and innovative desserts to the shore inspired the tagline “desserts that make waves.” From there, we developed a logo, color scheme, and distinctive visuals to tie cookie dough to the beach culture. The clients were thrilled with their new identity, allowing us to assist with everything from truck graphics and signage to brochures and social media ads. Don't Be an AI Guinea Pig

SEBPO

**Background:** After the surge in AI technology, SEBPO, a top business process outsourcing firm, began to lag behind its competitors. Despite years of assisting clients in automating processes, their efforts remained largely unnoticed outside their immediate industry. We aimed to change that. **Idea:** In contrast to their rivals, who often provided ambiguous references to AI and automation, we had concrete use cases and case studies to substantiate our claims. This evidence led us to the concept, “Don’t be an AI guinea pig; instead, choose SEBPO, a trusted expert.” **Execution:** We developed a series of advertisements that positioned SEBPO as a leader in their field. These ads directed users to a modern, tech-oriented landing page that featured a unique design and messaging different from anything they had previously employed. We also created a thought-leadership white paper and an executive summary available for download (with email capture), incorporating insights and data that informed a variety of infographics and additional content. This initiative marked the company’s first comprehensive 360 campaign and transformed their marketing strategy within the industry.

Lion Brand Yarn

Background: Founded in 1878, Lion Brand Yarn is an industry leader with a rich history and a commitment to innovation. In their quest to explore new and creative ways to engage with customers, they turned to Refresh. Idea: Create an immersive virtual showroom that allows retail partners to experience the brand in a personalized manner. Execution: We collaborated with their internal team and influencer partners to design a user-friendly 3D showroom that highlights various unique sub-brands. Each section was fully customizable, featuring a variety of 3D assets to reflect the style and character of each product line. We created 3D representations of clothing items, throws, and even a yarn artwork based on client-provided images. Using different rendered views, we developed a virtual tour of the showroom, incorporating videos, product photos, sales PDFs, and interactive pop-ups. Our software also enabled Lion Brand to conduct virtual sales meetings with their retail buyers through video calls while exploring the space.
