The Grisak Group, located in Allen, Texas, is a prominent name in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex real estate market. This team of seasoned agents specializes in helping clients buy and sell residential properties in Allen and nearby areas such as Lovejoy, Lucas, and Fairview. Committed to delivering outstanding customer service and showcasing their local real estate knowledge, the Grisak Group has assisted numerous families in finding their ideal homes. Yet, despite their success and strong reputation, their website was outdated, difficult to navigate, and featured an uninviting dark black background. Recognizing the need for a contemporary website that could effectively highlight their listings and services, they approached Red Spot Design for a redesign. Red Spot Design was assigned the task of developing a fully customized Realtor Website that would enhance user experience and beautifully present the Grisak Group’s properties. The new site was intended to incorporate interactive elements like an MLS IDX property search, tailored sections for exclusive listings, open houses, and upcoming properties, a dedicated teams page, and a blog for local real estate updates. Utilizing the WordPress CMS, known for its flexibility and ease of feature integration, Red Spot Design successfully created a custom website that fulfilled all the Grisak Group’s needs. UTSW Medical Center – Kidney Cancer Program

The Kidney Cancer Program at UT Southwestern in Dallas, Texas, approached Red Spot Design for a new website that would be easy for them to update. Their existing site was integrated into an internal content management system which made it difficult for them to make updates or personalize the design. Red Spot Design developed a completely custom website utilizing the WordPress content management system, enabling the client to self-manage the website through a user-friendly back-end admin area. Additionally, we provided custom graphic design, programming for leadership and kidney cancer specialist biographies, tailored news and blog sections, and more. Transitioning from a well-known real estate franchise, the agency enlisted the expertise of Red Spot Design to develop a website that not only embodies their company's values but also effectively highlights their extensive real estate listings in the stunning Grenada West Indies. The Start of a Distinct Digital Identity The owners of McB Realty, drawing on their experience since 1994 in a prestigious real estate franchise, envisioned a platform that reflects the sophistication and professionalism of their new enterprise. They sought Red Spot Design with a clear objective: to create a website that captures their brand’s prestige while providing an intuitive user experience for clients. The Creative Journey As we commenced this project, the team at Red Spot Design engaged in a collaborative process. We started by designing multiple homepage demos, each portraying a different aspect of McB Realty’s vision. Through a series of revisions and refinements, we shaped these concepts into a final design that perfectly matched McB Realty’s aspirations for their online identity.
