About the Team
OUR STORY
Founded in 2018 by Thomas Mullinnix, Re-Vision Management Consulting (R-VMC) redefines internal audit by prioritizing experienced consultants over traditional staffing challenges and inflated fees. Thomas's nearly two decades in internal audit and SOX compliance revealed a recurring issue: clients overpaying for less-experienced consultants requiring extensive oversight. R-VMC addresses this by exclusively deploying senior US-based professionals averaging 15+ years of expertise, many with Big Four and industry backgrounds, ensuring firsthand knowledge of client environments. The firm's approach emphasizes direct engagement, with Thomas personally overseeing all projects to guarantee quality and consistency. Beyond consulting, R-VMC co-founded 21st Century Audit to innovate internal audit tools, reflecting their commitment to excellence and continual improvement in the industry.
