Ravix Group began in 2000, founded by Dan Saccani after a decade leading CFO services at David Powell Inc. Initially focused on outsourced CFO, accounting, and human resources, Ravix expanded in 2011 with a Technical Accounting practice to handle complex accounting challenges like revenue recognition and SEC reporting. The company achieved a milestone by assisting La Jolla Pharmaceutical's NASDAQ listing in 2014 and then introduced Advisory Services to aid senior creditors. Ravix joined Kingsway Financial Services in 2021, enhancing its leadership in outsourced finance and HR solutions. Since then, it has supported public listings such as Embark Trucks' SPAC in 2021 and expanded through acquisitions including CSuite Financial Partners, The HR Team, and Ledgers, broadening expertise across nonprofits, private equity, and professional services.
