Raise-The-Grade® takes pride in its team of seasoned instructors who bring together over 175 years of expertise in various fields, including hospitality/lodging, food preparation, food service, corporate training, marketing/sales, purchasing, catering, business finance, and both secondary and collegiate education, with a strong emphasis on customer service. We provide fully interactive livestream food safety courses designed to ensure successful completion of the ServSafe® Manager exam for each participant. These courses can be accessed from anywhere with a WiFi connection and include the remote proctoring of the ServSafe® Manager exam through ProctorU. Additionally, instructor-led in-person classes are offered throughout North and South Carolina, completed in one day, with the ServSafe® Manager exam administered on the same day.

OUR STORY
Founded in 2008 by Sandra Stoneman, Raise The Grade began as a modest food safety training company in North Carolina, cultivating a culture of food safety with just a few classes per month. Joining forces with her brother, Josh Cooke, they expanded the business into the state’s largest ServSafe® training provider. Over time, the company has grown significantly, boasting a skilled staff and partnering with City Kitch, a coworking kitchen. Embracing innovation, Raise The Grade now offers live, interactive online courses, multilingual options, consulting services, and more. Remaining a family-operated business at its core, it is committed to making food environments safer locally and beyond, serving clients across North and South Carolina through both public and private training sessions.
