New Charity Brand
In November 2020, the Founder of Betknowmore UK approached our team about rebranding his social enterprise, which supports individuals recovering from gambling-related harm. The rebranding was intended to align with Betknowmore UK's re-establishment as a registered charity in the UK. At that time, the organization was struggling with an outdated brand that did not accurately showcase the positive assistance it provided, and its visibility was not as strong as desired. Additionally, their previous website was becoming obsolete, and the team had difficulties keeping essential information updated.
Over six months, we collaborated with Betknowmore UK to explore their mission and highlight their supportive ethos in their visual identity. By gathering feedback from various stakeholders, including clients and funders, it became clear that a new, vibrant color palette and design were essential for modernizing the charity's image. Although awareness of the charity was limited, it had a solid reputation among a specific group of stakeholders, making clear communication of the rebranding crucial to prevent confusion.
Our team crafted a bold and welcoming new brand identity that retained key visual elements from the old brand, helping to maintain recognition while allowing the Betknowmore team to effectively convey the rebranding to both new and existing stakeholders. Alongside the rebranding, we launched a new website for the charity, built on Webflow—a versatile, user-friendly content management system that empowers them to keep their content fresh. The new site features a tailored digital self-help section for individuals looking for self-directed support, leading to a 30% increase in site traffic each quarter since its launch.
