The platform features three main products. Scope Agent automates the generation of scope of work, pinpointing missing, ambiguous, or contradictory elements across drawings, specifications, tables, and notes to prevent issues that could result in change orders and decreased profit margins. Chat Agent enables teams to ask specific questions regarding project documents and receive quick, reliable, source-supported answers, addressing everything from RFIs to addenda. Risk Review automates the evaluation of contracts, highlighting risky provisions, absent scope, and unfavorable commercial terms with severity ratings, default position comparisons, and redline generation. Provision has processed more than 66,000 documents, identified over 1,000,000 risks, and responded to more than 50,000 project questions, achieving a 95% accuracy rate with actual project documents. The platform holds SOC 2 Type II certification and can process up to 100,000 pages per project.
