BlueCross & BlueShield

BlueCross & BlueShield Uruguay is part of the Swiss Medical Group of Argentina, which operates high-quality clinics, modern outpatient care centers, and advanced sanatoriums. It serves over 750,000 individuals in private healthcare through prepaid plans, such as Swiss Medical and Docthos, and more than one and a half million clients via mobile medical emergency services, including ECCO, Dental Insurance, and SMG Life (an insurance provider). An artificial intelligence system has been developed with a graphical interface akin to Chat GPT and equipped with natural language processing capabilities, specifically aimed at addressing queries about the plans offered by BlueCross. This system utilizes a comprehensive collection of PDF documents that can be uploaded in bulk and easily updated via a user-friendly interface. As a result, the Call Center's response time for complex inquiries has decreased from 30 minutes to just 25 seconds, achieving 98% accuracy.

CAF - The Development Bank of Latin America and th

Through this initiative, our client realized savings of $1.4 million over a span of 12 months. The Development Bank of Latin America and the Caribbean promotes sustainable development and regional integration. We have developed an Artificial Intelligence-based system using Microsoft’s Azure cloud and Azure AI, which automates the creation of the "Operational Manual," a complex document exceeding 90 pages that is essential for the bank's credit evaluation and approval process. The system can process documents over 300 pages long, extracting key financial and contractual information to generate customized documents of more than 90 pages based on this understanding. The generated documents utilize data not only from the text but also from tables and financial reports, allowing for the analysis of complex financial evaluations to be effectively presented in the final output. The positive outcomes include: ► Staff members have embraced the use of Generative Artificial Intelligence in their routine tasks. ► The document creation process, which used to take between six months and a year, has been reduced to just one week through automation. This change is projected to save $1.4 million in consulting fees in 2024 and may lead to record numbers of credit approvals. ► Microsoft is involved in developing the solution and has acknowledged Promtior for its technical skills.

Augmented Automation

Paigo

It is a Uruguayan fintech that provides innovative and accessible digital financial products, focusing on financial solutions for individuals. As part of the Incapital group, it employs over 100 staff members. What We Achieved: Enhanced Automation ► Various operational processes have been automated within the service: - **Data Management and Analytics Automation:** This involves analyzing, managing, and filtering Tableau data, exporting it to Excel macros, and applying formulas to produce reports for investors. The automation generates basic indicators and analyses, enabling experts to make final decisions without manual intervention. - **Daily and Monthly Reconciliation Centralization Automation:** This streamlined process involves the emailing and centralizing of daily disbursement and collection reconciliations, reducing the chances of information omissions and expediting the reconciliation process. - **Dashboard Metrics Automation:** This initiative gathers information from various data sources and integrates it into Tableau dashboards, where automation measures and calculates objectives by department, creating indicators and alerts. - **Prevention Calculations Automation:** This simplified process automatically provides prevention calculations in the company's internal system. - **Collection Verification Automation:** The aim of this efficient process is to confirm the pre-assignments created for each collection agent. While many agents typically validate each client's collections, automation assists in verifying whether the process was handled correctly, if the expiration term needs to be extended, or if payments are overdue.
