Despite engineers accelerating their development pace, the challenge of making timely product decisions remains. While AI has enhanced developer productivity significantly, it has also highlighted the limitations within product management processes. The core issue isn't the speed of building, but rather determining what to build, in which sequence, and for what reasons. As a result, the product management bottleneck has become more apparent, revealing that accelerating engineering alone doesn't ensure shipping the right products efficiently.
