Our assignment was to establish a Landing Zone Environment to support workloads within a secure AWS infrastructure. PROBLEM STATEMENT: Configure a secure multi-account AWS infrastructure that allows for hybrid connectivity to the on-premises infrastructure. We facilitated this automation by implementing CI/CD, conducting code analysis, and migrating on-premises applications to EKS (Kubernetes). PROBLEM STATEMENT: Although the client had some of their infrastructure in the cloud, they lacked automation. Their technology stack was fragmented across various tools, such as Nexus for artifact management and Dockerhub for storing Docker images, and there was insufficient centralized monitoring and logging. Additionally, there was no established CI/CD process. This disjointed stack led to challenges in delivery, as the multiple components were not effectively integrated and required additional expertise to deploy even simple applications. OUTCOME:

PROBLEM STATEMENT: The client encountered unanticipated downtimes due to infrastructure issues and prolonged delivery times resulting from failures in outdated Jenkins jobs. We conducted a comprehensive audit of the entire infrastructure and Jenkins setup. It was discovered that the Jenkins server and its plugins had not been updated for over two years, leading to difficulties in delivery. ProDT optimized all build jobs for the various environments by transitioning them to AWS DevOps Services such as CodePipeline, CodeDeploy, and CodeBuild. Additionally, we implemented logging and monitoring for the production environment to facilitate data retrieval whenever server problems arose. OUTCOME:
