Although the platform has a broad international appeal, it struggled to connect with Thai fans due to insufficient localized content. Approach: We focused on creating local content to engage Thai fans and foster positive brand interactions with meaningful reach. This involved transforming VBTV's strategy from a one-size-fits-all approach to a community-driven narrative on their global platform. Our resources included interactive mini-games, engaging videos, and stories that resonated with the Thai audience. Impact: ↑ 158% in App Downloads ↑ 143% in Subscriptions ↓ 70% in Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) compared to the prior period. Our efforts gained attention from major local media outlets like ThaiRath. This strategy not only strengthened VBTV’s connection with Thailand’s volleyball enthusiasts but also established a new benchmark for engaging with local audiences.

Partnership: Primal x Onitsuka Tiger 👟 Service Focus: MULTI-MARKET / STRATEGY / CREATIVE / PERFORMANCE / DATA / SPORTS FASHION Objective: Onitsuka Tiger aimed to achieve ambitious sales targets to boost revenue in Singapore (SG), Thailand (TH), and Malaysia (MY). Strategy: A strategic approach was taken using a well-crafted paid media plan across paid search, social media, marketplaces, and the brand's own website. The creative messaging was centered on enhancing revenue, average order value (AOV), return on ad spend (ROAS), and conversion rates within a fiercely competitive and promotion-oriented environment. The brand chose not to provide discounts or market itself as just a sneaker brand, instead emphasizing its distinctive brand narrative.
