Remote Team for the UK's First Fully Digital Bank

Atom Bank was the first digital-only challenger bank to obtain a complete regulatory license in the UK. It sets itself apart by being designed solely for use on smartphones and tablets, thereby removing the requirement for physical branches. The bank aimed to recruit skilled and experienced programmers to enhance the current UK team and increase engineering capacity. During this process, they encountered Pragmatic Coders. Consequently, we established the groundwork for Atom's nearshore engineering hub in Poland by assembling a fully operational team of 30 developers in under a year.
