Kate, founder of Powerhouse Coaching since 2003, holds a Master of Applied Science in Evidence-Based Coaching Psychology and a Bachelor of Education in Adult Education with an HRD major. Initially focusing on leadership coaching, her expertise expanded to CEO and C-Suite coaching by 2009, and founder coaching by 2016. Having held leadership roles in the International Coach Federation Australasia, Kate is known for her humanistic, pragmatic, and research-based approach. Now based in Greenwich, CT, she supports executives nationwide, valuing honesty, introspection, and responsibility. Kate's coaching style balances structure and space with warmth and discernment, fostering a partnership grounded in mutual respect and trust. She integrates her diverse global experiences and a passion for continuous learning to empower leaders in purposeful growth.
