About the Team

OUR STORY
Founded in 1993, Pop-A-Lock New Orleans started as a dedicated "Car Door Unlocking Company," pioneering its signature Emergency Car Door Unlocking service as a complimentary aid to the New Orleans Metro community. By 1998, with eight full-time employees, their emergency service became integral to the local 911 system, handling over 30 emergency unlocks monthly. Expanding beyond car door services, they introduced Roadside Assistance options like tire changes, jump-starts, and fuel deliveries. Responding to client needs, by 2000 they broadened their expertise to include Automotive, Residential, and Commercial Locksmith services across the metro area. In 2004, with a team of skilled technicians and locksmiths, the company transitioned ownership to Paul H. Sewall, a Tulane graduate and certified safety professional. Their management
