Luxaflex

Luxaflex is the leading provider of blinds, awnings, and roller shutters, as well as one of the largest sellers of well-known curtain brands. The company operates through a national franchise dealer network. In the past, franchisees attempted paid media campaigns that failed due to high acquisition costs and insufficient sales to justify the expenses. They requested a more effective solution: a self-sustaining paid search program that could expand across a national network with diverse inventory, lead times, and local competition. Initially, we focused on understanding each franchisee's business environment by discussing their commercial, operational, and promotional frameworks—investigating aspects like manufacturing processes, lead times, profit margins for different product lines, and the typical needs of Luxaflex customers. Once we grasped the financial specifics for each dealer, we determined which strategies to pursue. We realized the solution was not to diversify channels, but rather to implement a well-structured paid search strategy aimed at generating high-volume, low-cost leads that the dealers could fulfill. Recognizing that 46% of Google searches are local, we saw value in brand terms but understood they were limited. The significant incremental demand was found in long-tail, non-brand searches that remained geographically focused. We reorganized the account structure into four interconnected keyword categories: brand (defensive and with a limited budget); generic product (category-level demand targeted by landing pages); hyper-local (long-tail geographic modifiers linked to the nearest franchisee); and offer-based (seasonal promotions aligned with franchisee stock and capabilities). The remainder of our efforts involved meticulous coordination, including weekly meetings to ensure consistency in promotions across advertisements, landing pages, and showroom inventory. Three years later, the results were remarkable: a 93% reduction in cost per lead, a 3,191% increase in monthly contact requests, a 527% rise in conversion value, and a 270% boost in conversion rate alongside increasing traffic.

LEDXpress

LEDXpress is a European online retailer specializing in LED lighting, lamps, and electrical components. They approached us when their growth was primarily driven by paid advertising, resulting in diminishing profit margins due to escalating media costs. Their request: to establish a scalable SEO program that fosters sustainable growth without relying on advertising expenditure. We began with a familiar scenario: crucial commercial keywords were lacking top rankings, category and product pages were misaligned with search intent, and basic technical SEO elements like crawling, indexation, internal linking, and structured data were only partially implemented. Since paid advertising dominated their marketing strategy, there had been no incentive to focus on the slower yet essential SEO work. We revamped the foundation through four concurrent workstreams. First, we tackled technical SEO. We addressed issues with crawlability and indexation, including fixing parameter URLs, resolving faceted navigation leaks, simplifying canonical chains, and eliminating pages that wasted crawl budgets without conversions. We improved Core Web Vitals across templates and restructured internal linking to ensure authority was directed to the necessary pages. We implemented structured data for Products, Offers, BreadcrumbList, Organization, and Reviews throughout the catalog. Our keyword strategy was based on user intent, assessing each keyword on commercial intent, traffic potential, and product margins. We grouped queries by intent to create comprehensive pages that could capture entire semantic clusters rather than competing against their own variations. Content was rewritten with the user in focus rather than the algorithm. A key tactic that many SEO agencies overlook was utilizing Google Ads as a consistent A/B test, helping us identify which keywords truly converted before investing organic efforts in them. After 8 months, the results were significant: – 365% increase in monthly revenue – 230% rise in organic clicks – 59% improvement in conversion rate (from 1.45% to 2.30%) – 46% enhancement in average ranking position (from 41.6 to 22.3)

For SEO, we will create topic clusters based on buyer intent ("rent a villa in Pollensa with a chef" instead of just "Mallorca villa"), redesign property pages with appropriate schema, authentic photography, and content that addresses queries valuable to high-net-worth renters. Proper hreflang implementation will be executed across English, German, and Spanish. For Google Ads, we will ensure branded protection and target specific non-branded searches related to long-term rentals and sales, considering negative keywords. We will also incorporate offline conversion imports from the CRM to optimize for actual bookings rather than just form submissions. Regarding Microsoft Ads, which are often overlooked in the luxury market, we will capitalize on Bing's audience which aligns well with our target demographic, benefiting from lower cost-per-click rates and better conversion economics—30-40% more effective than Google in several rental categories. For web development, we plan a complete site overhaul, maintaining the current visual design while adopting a new technical foundation, addressing issues identified with the legacy system that hindered conversion such as slow Core Web Vitals and faulty form handling. The results year-over-year show significant improvements: organic click-through rates rose from 0.8% to 1.9% (+138%), average position improved from 34.9 to 20.2, phone inquiries increased by 183%, rental inquiries went up by 8.8%, and German inquiries rose by 25%.
