UGC ads deliver impressive results
NatashaSPAce was founded in 2000 as a sanctuary for beauty and relaxation. Since its inception, the company has evolved and aimed to launch a luxury massage device featuring microcurrents for facial, neck, and eye treatments, including lymphatic drainage and lifting. The digital campaign was designed to both promote the product and commemorate its second anniversary, while also highlighting its recognition in the esteemed Grazia Beauty Awards 2023. Prior to the campaign's launch, we encountered several challenges: collaborating with influencers on user-generated content (UGC), creating informative posts, emphasizing the prestigious award participation, and celebrating the second anniversary of Golden Guasha. It was crucial to showcase the product's advantages, as many potential customers were not familiar with the use of Golden Guasha in skincare. Additionally, the beauty market is highly competitive, necessitating innovative strategies to capture customer interest. We crafted a comprehensive advertising approach that prioritized UGC and targeted ad placements to overcome these challenges and achieve our goals. Our next move involved strategically placing ads; our team pinpointed the main platforms frequented by the target audience and used this insight to refine the campaign. For Purity’s sonic silicone brushes used for deep cleaning, eye massages, and makeup removal, we centered the campaign around content from influencer Lara Nastran, yielding an impressive return on ad spend (ROAS). The strategic blend of UGC and focused advertising resulted in a remarkable ROAS of 16, significantly boosting brand awareness, expanding our audience, generating organic word-of-mouth marketing, and driving sales.
