ABOUT PHOENIX CONSULTING
Create a strong business value for our clients
As a leading boutique consulting firm, we focus on providing customized Human Capital Solutions that foster growth, innovation, and transformation. Founded in 2010 by Zahi Mimassi, our journey began in Beirut, Lebanon, driven by a vision to offer innovative consulting services tailored to the demands of a rapidly changing market. What began as a single office has evolved into a vibrant global presence, owing to our dedication to excellence and adaptability to shifting markets. Our expansion kicked off in 2011 with the establishment of a second office in Muscat, Oman, followed by the launch of our Dubai office in 2015, which reinforced our foothold in the Middle East. By 2019, we had further extended our reach by opening an office in Cairo, Egypt. Our growth continued in 2022 when we established a fifth office in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, confirming our status as a trusted partner in the region. At Phoenix Consulting, our concept of growth transcends mere numbers or geographic presence; it's about nurturing relationships, empowering our clients, and achieving meaningful outcomes.
