**The Challenge:** Revamp the two current products to make them more contemporary while reducing manufacturing time and costs, enabling component upgrades. Create a variety of new products that utilize the new design language and expand the product lineup. **The Solution:** Rethink the entire assembly and manufacturing approach, prototype over ten designs for each product, and establish a design language that retains its heritage but aligns better with modern aesthetics. **The Results:** A new design language, optimized components compatible across various products, and a reduction in manufacturing time. This was achieved by engaging new component suppliers, redesigning the manufacturing floor, optimizing tooling, and completely overhauling the interior of the cabinets. As a result, several new products were introduced within a three-year timeframe.

**The Challenge**: Refresh the appearance of two robotic grips, the Gecko and the Tactile grippers, swiftly and without modifying their internal mechanics. **The Solution**: We drew on the company's branding and other sources of inspiration to develop multiple design concepts and guided their team through the design process. This included creating sketches, sketch renders, and ultimately transitioning to CAD models. **The Results**: We delivered two distinct designs that were visually appealing, functional, manufacturable, and did not compromise performance. The final designs were incorporated into CAD renders, along with the earlier sketches created during the process.

**The Challenge** Founders David and Patricia Drabkin approached us to transform their initial hand-crafted prototypes into a product that could be manufactured at a higher quality than they had achieved on their own. **The Solution** We retained the effective elements of their design and concentrated on enhancing the components that could be optimized or required modifications for production by an external supplier. **The Results** By transitioning to a production-ready design, we made improvements in the product's weight and usability, leading to a refined product that surpasses their earlier versions and remains in use today.
