With an art degree from Carleton, I embarked on my career as a graphic designer and art director in publishing and corporate communications. In the 1990s, I shifted focus, earned a master’s in Product Design from Stanford, and became a physical product designer. For over 20 years, I have consulted in product development, contributing at firms like Design Concepts and Solid Design Solutions. My experience spans designing medical devices, consumer electronics, sporting goods, office furnishings, and unique products beyond standard categories. Launching my own practice allows me to oversee the entire design process, applying a straightforward, informed approach that values collaboration, efficiency, and delivering tangible results.
