Utilizing advocates and other customers to generate leads and increase revenue. 2. Maintaining consistency across the organization and each group’s customer-facing platforms, including the corporate website and support community, as well as backend systems like Marketo, Hubspot, and Salesforce. 3. Leading the development and execution of customer lifecycle marketing, which emphasizes acquisition, activation, retention, lifetime value, and usage, involving both web and mobile offerings. Possess extensive experience with various platforms and backend systems (such as Salesforce, Marketo, Hubspot, and WordPress). Currently authoring a book titled "The Partner Economy: Leveraging Processes, Integrations, and Ecosystems (PIE) to Build a Profitable Business" (working title).
