Awareness Campaign - Pink Duck Race
An international campaign to raise awareness in the battle against breast cancer. The goal: Each year, 500,000 individuals in Europe receive a breast cancer diagnosis, with 125,000 tragically succumbing to the disease. Across Europe, local breast cancer organizations, hospitals, support networks, and government agencies work toward a common aim: to raise funds, support research, and increase awareness to combat breast cancer. This is where Think Pink steps in—bridging the gap among various organizations committed to fighting breast cancer. Concept Development: To boost awareness and engage the public in Think Pink’s mission, we introduced the Pink Duck Race. Across Europe, events will feature the release of 20,000 pink ducks into a flowing river. By adopting one or more ducks, individuals can contribute to the fight against breast cancer. Each Pink Duck has a distinct number, and the first duck to cross the finish line is declared the winner. Remarkable Results: During the inaugural edition in Belgium, we launched an informative and interactive website, complemented by social media outreach and a PR campaign. All 20,000 pink ducks were adopted almost instantly.
