Our project protocols are structured to facilitate smooth teamwork and successful outcomes. **Project Scope & Agreement** Every project starts with an in-depth conversation to outline the scope, deliverables, schedule, and costs. A formal agreement detailing these elements will be signed before work begins. **Working Hours** Our hours of operation are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (GMT). Emergency or after-hours work can be arranged in advance and may incur extra charges. **Communication** We ensure consistent communication through email, virtual meetings, and messaging apps. Clients will receive weekly updates on project progress and can arrange meetings as needed. **Revisions** Our projects include up to two complimentary rounds of revisions. Additional revisions may incur extra fees depending on their complexity. **Confidentiality** We value our clients' privacy and take measures to protect all sensitive information shared with us. A non-disclosure agreement (NDA) can be signed upon request. **Ownership of Work** Clients will obtain full ownership of all completed deliverables, including code, designs, and related materials, upon full payment. **Termination** Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Should termination occur, the client will be billed for the work accomplished up to that point.
