Tymbark interactive music clip with deepfake

We created an interactive website where users can select their favorite artist and perform alongside their idol on a virtual stage using deepfake technology. Initially, our main challenge was to develop a deepfake solution that could produce personalized videos quickly while ensuring high image quality. From the start, our focus was on the quality, stability, and speed of video production. The interactive videos were intended to be a highlight of the campaign, which we anticipated would attract widespread user participation. During the initial phase of development, we explored numerous existing solutions on the market, but none met our expectations. We discovered that these options demanded enormous computing resources, and generating an animation using the user's photo could take several hours, which was not acceptable to us. Thus, we decided to create a new system from the ground up. After three months of experimentation and testing, we successfully developed software that could generate a personalized, high-quality video in under 2.5 seconds.

OPEN'ER Festival mobile app & management system

We have developed sophisticated IT solutions that simplify the experience for both festival attendees and organizers: a mobile app for guests and a management system for the event staff. The organizers of the Open'er Festival can effectively oversee their guests. This system enables the verification of access permissions to the festival grounds and its specific areas. It aggregates data from different ticketing platforms, provides real-time updates on changes to personal ticket information, and compares entry and exit records. Additionally, it fully automates health monitoring related to COVID-19. Festival attendees can utilize our system through the mobile application, which streamlines the check-in process, assists in navigating the extensive venue, and helps them plan their engagement with a wide range of musical performances and attractions. If any events have limited capacity, our app also helps with the booking process.

Krakow Live Festival Website

Alter Art

In collaboration with Alter Art, which organizes Poland's largest music festivals, we developed a new website for the Kraków Live Festival. Designed with a mobile-first approach, the site serves as a convenient information hub for festival attendees. Our primary challenge was ensuring that the website could manage the traffic from over a hundred thousand visitors and function optimally, even with a poor Internet connection. Additionally, we focused on making it easy to update the website's appearance in line with seasonal changes to the Key Visual.
