MetLife sought a fresh strategy for their customer onboarding procedure. Their goal was for customers to assess their insurance requirements and make the most of cross-selling and up-selling chances during the completion of an insurance application, all within one meeting.

Microcredit app for purchases at corner stores

Unknown

Founded in Mexico in 2018, YoFio aims to promote the use of digital payments. This payment platform enables users to utilize credit for grocery purchases at popular local corner stores, which are essential shopping locations for families in Latin America. By 2021, YoFio had become one of the fastest-growing fintech companies in the LATAM region, serving over 15,000 customers across 400 retail locations and facilitating more than 50,000 transactions since its inception. To support YoFio, PALO IT collaborated on the development and launch of their initial minimum viable product (MVP), focusing on validating two primary hypotheses: that the easiest way to use credit is via mobile devices and that local corner stores are the most convenient places for credit usage. The PALO IT team successfully helped YoFio launch two market-ready applications in under 45 days. For more information, visit: https://hubs.li/Q010jmbq0.
