Solagraf, a prominent SaaS provider in the solar energy industry, urgently sought to lower its customer acquisition costs (CPC). To address this, we implemented the PS 360º Digital Audit, which included customized automated and dynamic reports. It was evident that Solagraf's CPC varied greatly from month to month. Despite utilizing a robust CRM system, the initial hurdle was identifying which channels and campaigns required optimization. The main issue was that the digital and channel specialists struggled to connect their CRM data with daily tactics. In this disorganized environment, the inability to track progress towards business goals felt like navigating without maps or compasses, complicating tactical decision-making. After performing a situation analysis and an internal audit to grasp the technical details better, we developed a tailored reporting solution in cooperation with our technology partners to integrate all digital channels with the CRM. This new system was made possible through a third-party tool that was linked to Solagraf's internal systems. We presented this dynamic real-time report as the sole source of information regarding marketing and sales performance. As a result, we established a live, dynamic report that enabled daily data collection from all sources, leading to a more than 25% reduction in Solagraf's CPC, which then stabilized with only minor fluctuations in subsequent months. This enhanced data control also empowered teams to make improvements in other aspects of digital marketing and sales, contributing to ongoing business growth.

Luxury Retreats, a luxury vacation rental company based in Montreal, boasts over 4,000 properties globally and is known for its excellent customer service. In 2017, it became part of Airbnb but continues to operate from Montreal. To manage this high-value account, Luxury Retreats brought on Ixone Isasi, the founder of PaidStrategy, with the aim of boosting profitability, lead generation, bookings, and revenue. At PS Align, our approach involved collaborating closely with the Business Intelligence team to analyze ROI across various channels, campaigns, and destinations. We undertook a comprehensive overhaul of Google Ads, the primary channel, supported by a multi-million dollar investment. The challenge Ixone faced when she took over was that the account had a negative ROI, there was only one person overseeing paid media, and the Business Intelligence department was just getting started at Luxury Retreats. One of the significant obstacles was the lack of reporting, which made it hard to determine campaign profitability. This, coupled with inadequate segmentation and campaign structuring, hindered our ability to identify strengths and weaknesses, making it nearly impossible to improve profitability without clear insights. However, after just three months of dedicated efforts, the account became profitable, allowing us to allocate a larger budget to key campaigns aimed at boosting leads and revenue. Our focus on enhancing profitability through a multi-million dollar paid media initiative ultimately enabled Luxury Retreats to increase its revenues.
