Founded in 2020, Paddlelift is an emerging HR, Recruitment, and Network Facilitation Company that has quickly advanced to the next level. Our mission is to create a platform that enables startups to concentrate on their core deliverables while ensuring high-quality hiring with reduced turnaround times by collaborating with us for their HR needs. We assist early-stage startups by connecting them with VCs and Angel Investors, in addition to providing services such as Market Analytics, Staff Augmentation, Payroll Management, hourly manpower supply, and both permanent and contractual hiring. We have numerous success stories, having built entire teams of over 40 individuals for various startups, moving them from the early stages to growth phases (0-1, 1-100, and 100-200 employees). Paddlelift's founding team consists of three co-founders, each with more than 14 years of industry experience, and our entire team is carefully selected from the startup sector, including industry veterans, to effectively address the hiring challenges faced by startups.
