Global Firm Scales with HubSpot Before Acquisition
When Tricor reached out to Oxygen, their global website was outdated, hosted on WordPress, and lacked effective UX, content, and conversion optimization. The site struggled with organic search visibility, especially in local languages, and did not have a system for managing the thousands of leads generated each month across different regions. Tricor also maintained several separate regional websites that needed to be consolidated under a single CMS while accommodating localized content. Oxygen proposed a comprehensive digital transformation. We migrated Tricor’s regional sites (such as those for Korea and Indonesia) to HubSpot CMS using localized subdomains. Each site was optimized for SEO with region-specific keyword research and localized translations. We established a scalable framework for both gated and ungated content, dynamic HubDB-powered pages, and market-specific blog routing. To enhance lead generation and tracking, we utilized HubSpot’s marketing automation tools for segmentation, form submissions, and continual engagement. The redesigned site featured user-friendly navigation, conversion-optimized pages, and consistent calls-to-action, which significantly increased lead generation. The outcomes included 6.8K keywords ranking, over 300 in the top three positions, more than 1,700 webinar leads, a 67.6K year-on-year increase in backlinks (from 2018 to 2021), a 9-point rise in domain authority (up to 63), thousands of new leads and contacts, and Tricor receiving IDC Malaysia’s 'Best in Future of Digital Infrastructure' award. In 2021, BPEA acquired Tricor for $2.8 billion. Oxygen continues to assist with Tricor’s global marketing strategies, ensuring ongoing growth through HubSpot’s ecosystem.
