Web design & application development for NRG Park

NRG Park

The NRG Group reached out to OWDT to enhance their online presence and seek design suggestions for a new website. One of the main reasons they wanted to update their existing site was that it did not convey a dynamic and vibrant atmosphere, which is essential for showcasing the wide range of events at their venues. They considered their website too dull and static. To tackle this, we collaborated closely with NRG Park’s internal marketing team and organized several discovery sessions to better understand the venue's brand strategy. By combining these sessions with real-time user experience observations, we identified the need to simplify the navigation so that users from any demographic or location could easily explore the site's events and options. The redesigned website reinforced NRG Park’s reputation as Houston’s premier venue for hosting top-tier games and events. It's hard to find a leading brand that doesn’t have an impressive digital presence that reflects its internal and external operational principles. By streamlining the user journey and minimizing obstacles, vendors were able to make reservations more effortlessly, resulting in positive user experiences and higher overall satisfaction. The revamped website has boosted bookings and laid the groundwork for future advancements in the NRG Park brand.
